If you missed your chance to back the 2nd generation of Pebble’s smartwatch on Kickstarter and wanted to buy it, then the time is now. Pebble is now taking pre-orders on their website here. The watch will cost you $250 or $300 depending on the version you get. Both come with genuine leather bands and the premium ones come with stainless steel bands as well.
Here’s what their website has to say about the smartwatch:
“Take care of life and business right from your wrist. Manage notifications, calendar events, incoming calls, music playback and more. Enjoy apps to track fitness, get around town or stay connected with a glance. Pebble Time Steel fits every occasion with an ergonomic stainless steel chassis, colorful e-paper display and up to 10 days of battery life. Buttoned up or dressed down, it’s Time well-spent.”
The company claims a battery time of 10 days on a full charge. And you can get that stainless steel band separately later for $50 if you want another color for example.
