Microsoft announced the pricing and the initial release date of it’s Hololens yesterday at Microsoft Conference. The first edition of the Hololens will be for Developers which is going to cost around $3,000. The first edition of Hololens will release in the first quarter of 2016 as said by Satya Nadella.

Microsoft Hololens hardware has a x86 processor, 2GB RAM, 802.11ac, and a 60Hz refresh rate. The price is a bit high if compared to Google Glass which had a $1,500 price at it’s launch. But, with all these specs and capabilities, the price is fair enough.

There were no further news to discuss about  Hololens by Microsoft. The exact date is not yet confirmed and neither are other editions. This edition won’t be much helpful for consumers. Microsoft also said that Developers can now start booking their Hololens.
